Founder

Introducing the man, the myth, the legend, Floyd Mize. Floyd created FMD in 1977 and by the late 80s moved the company to San Luis Obispo. Since then, it has become a renowned business in the area. You can still find Floyd working around the office alongside his four legged friend, Guinness.

CASEY MCGINTY

Co-Owner/Project Manager

Casey joined the FMD team when he was only 15 years old. Since then, he and brother-in-law Floyd have consistently developed projects throughout San Luis Obispo County.

GARY BAYUS

Co-Owner/Project Manager

Gary is the newest addition to the FMD team and is currently adding many new and exiting projects to the company. In his free time, you can catch Gary enduro riding, jetskiing in the ocean or indulging in one of the endless sweet treats he favors.
